Summer Meal

Last weekend I got really into making a fresh meal. I had a recipe from a magazine which was basically a new take on potato salad. Sliced red potatoes, corn, feta, tomatoes and basil with a balsamic dressing. Then I also made a homemade green iced tea with mint leaves, also from our herb garden. I must say it was pretty delicious.
